4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

All product prices include VAT where applicable. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products. We are not liable for any typographical errors regarding price or product information.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer by confirming your order via email. Payment must be made through our secured payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave). We do not accept direct bank transfers or payment to representatives.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Local Orders (within Nigeria): Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after handoff to the local delivery partner.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-20 working days after handoff to the international shipping partner.
• Title and Risk: The risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title passes upon delivery to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ridebling.com or Osunwale Global Ventures shall not be liable for any damages, delays, or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure, or acts of third-party delivery partners. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as fraud, provision of inaccurate address information, or unruly behavior towards our staff or delivery partners.
