Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ridebling.com.
- Eligibility: You may return most undamaged, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons if the packaging is opened. Please contact us for clarification on specific products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:
- You must accept the delivery.
- You must immediately record a video or take clear photographs of the unopened package, the packaging damage, and the product inside from the moment of handover.
- You must notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, providing the order number and evidence.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] or via the returns portal on our website.
- Our returns team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note: We can only process refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or as cash.
